Will it start using starting fluid regardless of temperature? If so, either we have a weak fuel pump or there is an issue with the engine coolant temperature sensor.
Do me a favor. Let me know if you have access to a live data scan tool. If you do, compare the ECT signal to the actual temperature. If it is okay, then check fuel pressure. Here is a link you may find helpful:
