Truck has been randomly shutting down. No bad fuses or parts replaced. When it does run, it runs and drives properly. No problems before shutting down, it just will not start again sometimes. Found fuel coming out of Schrader valve, and now it does not seem that fuel is getting to rail.

You will need to install a fuel pressure gauge and measure pressure. If no fuel pressure, sometimes just tapping on the fuel tank with a rubber mallet will cause it to build pressure. If that is the case, then the fuel pump is bad and you will need to lower the fuel tank to replace it.
