I am trying to get my van saftyed and the guy doing it says my bikers do not work. We changed the bulbs and they worked. And he just called me a said that they are not working anymore saposetly. What elce could this be?

There are relays behind the rear panels by rear door on each side they can be bad or corroded or the front module may be bad which will require scanning for codes by a mechanic.
