Turning signals and hazards do not flash but just stay on

I bought this car about a month ago. When I got it the turn signals seem to work most of the time, but every once in a while they would be on and then just shut off. I would press the hazards and they would work and then the turn signals work again. I just kind of dealt with it right now but as of today I will turn on a turn signal and it turns on but doesn't flicker or flash. Same with the hazards. I press the button and the lights just turn on and stay on. Any idea what's causing this, or how to fix it? Hopefully cheap?

I thought this question looked familiar. Looks like you posted the question to another post and then you created a new one. Based on the time stamps it looks like I responded to the other question after you posted both, so I am not sure if you still need help with this.

I referred you to the flasher as that is the most likely cause. Here are the attachments I provided before so let me know how you made out. Thanks

Yes, sorry about that. I thought my first one didn't post. After the second post I got two confirmation emails about both! My apologies and thanks so much for the input! I'm going to try the hazard switch tomorrow!
