My steering seems to be a bit stiff whenever I turn?

Can you give us more information please? Do you hear a noise that is not normal? So these cars have electronic steering and can go out which is sounds like it is happening to you, it would be good if we would do a CAN scan which might have a code which can confirm this issue.

Is the steering stiff:

All the time?
Only at low speeds / parking?
Intermittent (comes and goes)?
Worse when cold or after driving a while?
I’ll walk you through this assuming general stiffness, and we’ll narrow it.

Also, make sure the tires have the correct air pressure and that the 12 volt battery is in good shape. Please go over this guide and get back to us.
