Turn the key to accessories and nothing works. Is it a fuse? I would like to listen to my radio wit out the car being cranked.

More than likely the ignition switch is out-of-adjustment. It is mounted on the upper right side of the steering column, under the dash. There are two screws to loosen, usually 5/16" hex heads, then the holes are slotted to allow the switch to be slid up and down to adjust it.
