All of a sudden my turn signal stopped working, my windshield wipers stopped working and when I start my car my headlights automatically turn on.

Good morning,
The functions that are not working are controlled by the totally integrated power module. It is the fuse box under the hood. That is like a body control module in other cars.
This is a very common failure. You can get this at any parts store and the nice thing is that does not have to be programmed. It is a plug and play module.
