turn signals on the rear blink on the wrong side

I had a brake line from the front to the back put on. and now when you put your left turn signal on it blinks on the right on the rear and when you put your right signal on to turn right it blinks on the left side on the rear. and when the turn signals are on and you put on the brake it blinks real fast.

Somebody definitely must have messed up the wiring in the process. You are going to have to follow the wiring to the lights and see if there is any damage or repairs been made.
