Turn signals/hazzard lights not doing anything

Turn signals and hazard lights no longer work. There is also no indication on the panel of them lighting up. Bulbs and fuses have been checked for both.

Hello. The likely cause is a failed turn signal/hazard relay. Apparently, this is located inside the steering column, mounted to the turn signal switch. Ford does not make it clear to us whether or not there is an access panel, so you will have to look for yourself. I am attaching the image that Ford has provided us.
