Turn signals/ hazards

Recently had oil change while there they change the brake light. After my turn signal started to act strange sometimes they would work and sometimes they would not. Then sudden both my turn signals and my hazard lights. Have stopped working. I've Checked all the fuses And they're all working. Not sure what else I should check or try but need turn signals please help.

Probably a weak flasher unit. It's built into the instrument panel fuse box.
The circuit really needs to be tested to be sure.

There is no way to know that until the guy gets into it and finds out what it needs. I don't know if that flasher module is sold separately from the fuse box.
