Turn signals/hazard lights not working

They just started to pop fuses. My turn signals and hazards. I've traced most of any wire leading to them, all four. I do not understand because I've checked all the bulbs and replaced the turn signal switch twice. changed the relay twice and have changed the emergency flasher switch twice. Please help!

Hello,

It sounds like you may have at trailer connector that is shorted out. here is a guide to help you test the wiring and the blinker wiring diagrams below so you can see how the system works:
