Turn Signals/Flasher malfunctioning I need to know the location of the relay

My turn signals are starting to malfunction. I noticed it also affects my flashers. Have been told the relay is going bad. Picked up the plug-in part, but locating its location is a problem. Diagram shows it under drivers dash, but no luck after removing plastics. Found fuse box on passenger side.
