Turn signals and hazards not flashing?

Hi, when I turn on my signals the light comes on, but it doesn't blink and same with the hazards. I am assuming it's the relay but I'm not sure. Please help.

Most of the time it will be the turn signal/flasher relay, I would get a new one and then swap it out which is under the dash on the driver's side. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
