My turn signals and flashers do not work. I've checked the fuses, I've checked the flashing unit, they're all good.

If it's only the turn signals and hazards that are not working but the running lights and brake lights work the first place I would check is the the fuses with a test light, The S is the signal feed, the H is the hazard feed. If a test light shows power on both sides then go to the flasher unit, unplug it and use the test light connected to a good ground and see if you have power at terminals 3 (full time) and 5 (key on). If you have power there then connect the test light to a small probe and test between pin 3 and pin 4 (ground) If those test OK then the next stop is the multifunction switch. If you step on the brakes and the lights work, then turn on the hazards the lights should start flashing, if they just go out then it's likely that the multifunction switch (Ford YR3Z13K359AAA) has failed internally. It passes power through to the brakes and other lights and switches to the flashers and cuts the brakes off. Because you lost both turn and hazards it or the power from the flasher unit are the most likely issues. If the brake and marker lights work then the grounds and wiring to the lights are OK.
To replace the switch isn't difficult, you first disconnect battery ground, then block the tires. Now put the key into the ignition and turn it to the run position. Then use a punch to reach up through the hole in the lower cover circled in yellow in 5th image. That will release the cylinder so you can remove it. Now take the tilt release and pull it out. Next remove the screws that secure the upper and lower column covers and remove them, be careful at the edges as there are clips that are easy to break in the purple areas on both sides. Now the switch will be exposed. At the switch you remove the screws and then the two electrical connections and remove the switch. Now you reverse the process to install the new one. Tighten the screws to 20 inch ponds (very snug). Test it and you should have working lights. Install the covers, then the tilt handle and the lock cylinder. Turn the key on and off a few times to be sure it's fully engaged. Then connect the battery and you should be finished. Attached you will find the wiring and parts diagrams for the job.
