Turn signals and flasher stop working when I start the car?

The turn signal and 4-way flashers work with the power on, but when you start the car, they both stop working.

So, when the flasher is using about 12 volts it still works but when you start the engine the voltage goes to about 14 volts so the flasher overloads and stops working, here is the location of the flasher and how to change it out. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
