Dash lights and turn signals do not work?

Recently the dash lights quit on my caravan. They started working again, but the dash lights and turn signals don't work. All gauges are functional. I tried disconnecting the battery and pulling the IOD fuse. Nothing has worked. The turn signal arrows inside work but no flashers.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello and welcome to the site.

There is a taillight relay that runs the system, and it sounds like it is having some troubles.

Here is a wiring diagram (below) and some guides to help you get the problem fixed.
