Turn signals not working properly

I turn on turn signal I hear the blinker working inside of the car but no lights flash inside dash or outside, both left and right flasher lights work.

Left side went out first then right side after a while few weeks maybe.

Hi,

If you hear the relay, then power is getting to that point and no further. Can you tell me if the hazard lights work?

Also, I attached pics below of the wiring schematic for the signals/hazard lights. I need you to test the two fuses indicated. One is in the under-hood fuse box and the other in the interior fuse box. See pics 3 and 4 for fuse orientation.

Next, when testing a fuse, it is not only important to confirm the fuse is good, but also you need to make sure there is power to and from it. Here is a link that explains how that is done.
