Turn signals

Turn signals isn't working, can I fix it myself, if yeah. Please explain?

What's it doing? If the light just comes on and stays on until you turn it off, then you probably just need a new combination flasher (the thing that makes the clicking sound). It should be a cheap enough part (maybe $20-30) at the local parts shop. You can also often find them on Amazon for a little cheaper.

Also, there is no V8 option for the 99 Cherokee. I'm assuming that you mean that you have a Grand Cherokee (which does have an optional V8). Please let me know if I'm wrong here. I've attached detailed information for replacing the flasher on the 99 Grand Cherokee V8.
