Hazards work both inside and outside bulbs flash. The turn signal will start, flash once or not at all and then stop. No turn signals! Located the junction box under dash near steering column but cannot figure out which relay goes to what? Have not taken out the arm to investigate the switch in the turn signal arm itself. I have tried moving the steering wheel up/down into different positions with no definitive change in turn signal operation. I am totally lost and clueless and yes fuses are good, changed them anyway to be sure.

This sounds like the turn signal flasher is not working correctly or the lamp out module is starting to short out. Let's try the flasher first which goes out more often. Here is the location is the images below so you can check it out and replace it. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

I apologize ahead of time if this seems like a stupid question? Is this under the dash or the engine compartment? When looking at this diagram the passenger air bag notation throws me off. Novice at this, as my husband used to handle this stuff, I was always his helper per say. CJ

It is under the dash on the driver's side near the steering column. Ask me any questions needed to fix the problem. :)
