The running light and hazards work but the front right turn signal will not work. It blinks fast when on as well. Tried indicator on steering column that wasn't it.

Hello, so is the right rear turn signal lamp working? Just blinking fast. And that front turn signal that is out, that bulb does blink with the hazards switch on, correct? If the Right Front Side marked lamp is working okay, it looks like this may be an issue with the Body Control Module, or the Fuse Panel in the engine compartment, because the right front Turn Signal wire from the Body Control Module (BCM) runs through the fuse panel and then goes out to the actual bulb for that circuit. As shown in the 3rd diagram. It loops in and out of there, I'm not sure why they design them like this. It only makes for another location where the connector can get corroded and fail. But the 1st and 2nd diagrams are the circuit for the right front (passenger side) Turn Signal circuit. It shares a Ground wire with the right front Side Marker Lamp. So, if that's working okay, and the right front marker lamp is working then the Ground for the 3 circuits should be okay. I don't see anywhere is could feedback to a different Ground circuit.
