Where is the Turn Signal Flasher located?

It sounds like it is in the Under-hood fuse panel, but can't find it.

This car does not have a turn signal flasher the turn signal operation is handled by the BCM. What kind of problem are you having?

Hyper flash from LED Replacements. Interestingly I can hear a relay clicking in proximity to the Under-hood fuse panel.

You need to get the LED lights with the resistor built in.
