Turn signal only works while 4-way flashers are turned on?

I don't know where the flashers are located for the caution lights and the turn signal.

It does sound like the turn signal flasher is not working, but I would also cycle the hazard switch many times to help clean the contacts. The flasher is under the dash on the left side near the instrument cluster. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
