Turn signal clicking?

Turn signals were not working, just clicking fast. Checked all bulbs. Hazards work. Replaced the Hazard switch/relay. Now all lights work properly, but there is a fast clicking that won't stop when the key is turned on. Replaced the turn signal/multifunction switch, clicking still continues. It does stop and clicks normally when using the turn signals or hazards but goes back to a constant fast click when they are turned off.

The only thing that clicks would be the hazard/turn signal flasher, I think you got a defective unit. Did this problem happen before the new part was installed? Here is how to change it out correctly. Check out the images (below). Please upload a video in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.
