Turn signal bulb flashing fast

My turn signal bulb flashes fast but all the bulbs are good and the hazard is plugged in. Is there a flasher relay somewhere? Was wondering where?

Hi, KWHarton,
Are both left and right signals flashing at similar speed when each is turned on? Were the bulbs replaced prior to this occurring? Are all signal bulbs working when turned on?

The flasher relay is incorporated into the Multiplex Integrated Control Unit plugged into the under-dash fuse box.
