My left turn signal starting blinking fast which I know indicates a bulb has blown. It is the left signal only. If I open my car door while the signal is on, it goes back to normal flashing, but as soon as I shut the car door, it goes back to fast blinking. But, none of the signal bulbs are blown. The left rear one is dimmer than the others, but still working. Any suggestions?

Good afternoon.

The dim bulb is the key. You have a bad ground and that is why the bulb is dim and it is flashing quickly.

Try wiggling the connector and the bulb while the signal is activated and see if it corrects itself.

If it does, then you have a bad socket.

If it does not, you have a bad ground on the socket wire.
