I had a burned out bulb on the left front, replaced it. Nothing, the parking light part of the new bulb works, but no flash for turn signal. Fuse is fine, hazards only work on the right. Any ideas?

Hi,

Does the rear light work? I attached a schematic of the signals. I need you to first confirm there is or isn't power to the light socket. I circled the power supply to the left signals. All you need is a test light.

Also, let me know if anything lights up or flashes when you turn the signal on.

Take care,
Joe

The rear turn signal doesn't work even when hazards are on (right side works) the only one that has a constant on is the front, the back is only a flashing bulb. There is power to the socket, as the parking light part works fine, and we put a multi meter on it and it's getting power. It was before it went out flashing fast green on the dash now it doesn't light up just the sped up sound.
Is there a solenoid or a switch that controls the flashing?

Could it be that the OEM flasher unit has failed? And it that located down by the clutch and the fuse box?

Hi,

Yes, the flasher can cause it not to work. However, I'm questioning that because you indicated you hear the rapid flashing. That is usually an indicator that there is an open circuit usually a bad bulb that doesn't complete the circuit.

Let me know if the flasher makes a difference. Also, yes that is where it is located. If you question it, turn the signal on to hear the clicking and you should actually be able to feel it through the relay.
