After replacing hazard flashing light the turn signals flash fast

I just installed a new hazard flashing light after I installed it my turn signals flash really fast.

However, the fact that you just replaced a bulb, is there a chance this is an LED bulb? If it is then the resistance is different of the LED light then the halogen bulb and so it throws off the timing of the light and it flashes fast.

Can you get a picture of the packaging from the bulb and that will help us determine if this is the issue? Thanks
