I'm looking to either buy a used 2017 loaded ford platinum explorer that has replaced the turbos after 110k miles. Currently 129k. Meticulously maintained by owner or a used 2018 Ford Expedition which has replaced cam phasers at 100k miles now has 135K. It has not been maintained as well.

Which car likely makes the next 70k miles without more repair work on those same items?

The turbos and camshaft phasers will wear out not matter how the engine is cared for, they just wear out faster if the engine oil has not been changed, and I mean not 15k the dealer recommends, it should be more like every 4k to 5k with synthetic oil and new filter. You will need to make the call on vehicle condition and listed for engine noise when cold, and then hot. If you need more help, please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
