I have a problem with the turbo loss of power, found oil leak in the pipe that leads to the inter-cooler and lots of oil on the inter-cooler and surrounding pipes. What is the issue? And how do I replace the turbo? How do i get to the turbo?

Turbos are precision instruments, you cant work on them successfully at home as they must be balanced and set up precisely, the oil if excessive is from the main seal, this is really a job for a professional to look after.
