What is needed to do a complete Tune up

Before you do anything scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. then check for a vacuum leak and clean throttle plate on both sides and IAC with choke cleaner. See link for fuel pressure test.

This is applicable even if your check engine light is not on.

Most scanners are inexpensive to purchase, you can purchase one online from sites like Amazon.com
