Transmission swap

I have the truck listed above k1500 4x4 can I put a transmission out of 2000 Chevrolet 4x4?

Hello, I'm Danny.

Unfortunately, no that transmission would not be compatible. Although that 4L60E transmission would physically bolt in place there are to many electrical differences in your ECM/PCM that would not allow it to work together. As the owner of numerous 1988-1998 obs Silverado's your 4L60E can be rebuild with warranty for $1,800.00. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
