How to reset the TSL and ABS light?

Got stuck on ice and triggered both lights but can't figure out how to reset the computer without needing to get an OBD2 scanner. The engine light is perpetually on due to gas cap issues.

This happens when one of the wheel speed sensors goes out but to be sure we need to scan the ABS system which will tell us which one out of the four is not working. Here is a guide that will help walk you through the procedure and I have included how to change the sensor out in the images below:
