Battery drained out after sitting a month. I went to jump it and every time I tried to hook the jumper cables up the horn alarm would go off. What can I do to stop this so I can start vehicle?

Hello my name is Dave.

If you have the remote for the car hit the unlock button and horn should stop, if not use the key to lock/unlock the driver's door and that should disable the alarm. If these procedures don't solve your problem let us know and we will help you troubleshoot it further.
