trying to see which is the problem

There was milky stuff in my oil..my water in my radiator is fine,water stay in it and it been five months since I had put water in it because it still at the hlaf mark in the jug..any tips of what to look to so I can fix it

IF the oil in the crankcase when looking on your dipstick is milky then you most likely have headgasket leak. The coolant in your reservoir bottle is not a representation of what is actually how much coolant is in the engine. You need to remove the radiator/pressure cap to check you coolant level.
