Which ground does the trunk release button use?

Which ground does the trunk release button affiliated with? I know I have some ground issues. So far getting some of the ground issues sorted out but my trunk release button isn’t working.

Yes, there is a fuse, relay and ground connection in the trunk. Here are the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Also, I have included the location for the fuse and relay. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.
