trunk lid release

trunk does not open with dash control or key pad.

It could be a bad fuse, bad relay or a bad release motor.

Check fuse 65 (10A) at the body control module. If it is good -

Test for power on the black wire at pin one on the release motor when you push the dash button, and for ground on the Black wire with white stripe at the release motor.

If those test good it's a bad release motor. If you don't find power on the black wire when the button is pushed it can be the relay in the BCM.
