Engine will not stay running?

Just rebuilt engine for truck. Replaced old engine with rebuild one. Got everything hooked back up. Cranked truck and it won't stay running. It goes in limp mode sometimes. And sometimes when I turn the ignition off the truck stays running until pulling relay. I don't know what the cause is or what I can do to fix it. Please help.

I would double check the battery to engine block ground and the ground to the chassis. Next I would do a relearn on the throttle body which is listed below, also run the codes to see if any are present. Sometimes moving the buttery fly by hand can reck the throttle body FYI.
