Does not start, getting power to my ECM fuses, spark, fuel pump etc?

Hey guys, I’m new here and I’m hoping someone can give me some insight on my vehicle listed above k1500. So, I recently bought this truck not running for a fairly good deal. I love the obs Chevrolets and know quite a bit about them, but this problem has me stumped. Originally, I wasn’t getting power to my ECM fuses, spark, fuel pump etc. Luckily, I’ve changed a ton of parts because I’m trying to redo everything on this pickup and make it nice. But now I’m faced with the problem of it not wanting to start, it will sputter with starting fluid and then backfire through the throttle body in a glorious blue flame. Here’s a list of tests and parts I’ve done so far:
I’ve changed the ignition switch, cam sensor, crank sensor, cap and rotor, ignition module, battery, and fuel injectors.
As far as testing goes, I’m getting good spark, I’ve got air flow, and I’m getting fuel to the injectors, also did a pressure check at the Schraner valve on top of the manifold before the injectors and my fuel pressure was 65 and held at 60 it never got lower than that. I’ve checked for injector pulse, and I am getting pulse to each injector. Even with out starting fluid when I crank the motor it acts like it wants to start for a brief moment and then it quits and goes back to regular cranking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’d like to just get this truck running decent so I can start working on the rest of it. Honorable mention I thought I should add is after I put in the injectors (very last part I have installed) the fuel pump and lines have been making a weird clanking noise. Like when I turn the key to prime the system, I can hear the pump and lines kick on and it makes a creaking noise going through the lines and what sounds like gurgling going into the injectors. Also noted that when I changed the crank sensor the new crank sensor had a weaker magnetic pull than the old one, so I’m wondering if I should throw my old one in just to see if that could be the problem? I don’t understand what it could be if all my tests checked out. Please help thank you!

It sounds like the engine has jumped time or the distributor drive gear roll pin has sheared causing the ignition spark to be off time. Let's start with a compression test or you can simply upload a video of the engine cranking over I can tell if the engine is okay from that. You can upload it here with your response.

Here is how to check the distributor timing in the images below. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Okay, I will upload some videos tonight of trying to start it and hopefully maybe get some help! I don’t have a compression tester, but it sounds like it’s got good compression.

Thanks for the videos. It sounds like the fuel pump is not working right, or it is out of gas. Does it still have 65 PSI? If so, get someone to spray the starting fluid a little longer while cranking to see if it will run. If so, I would replace the spider injector here is instructions on how to do so. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Yes, my fuel pump was working normally until I changed the spider injectors. I just changed the injectors and that was when the creaking started so I needed to test my fuel pressure again. I think I’m going to change my fuel filter and see if that fixes it then worst case I change my fuel pump?

Yep, do the fuel filter, can't hurt and let's make sure the fuel pressure is within spec.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

The fuel pressure should be 415 - 455 kPa (60 - 66 psi)

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hey guys, so a little update for anyone to ever read this post. Turns out the previous owner put the fuel pump gasket on the wrong side of the pump, between that and a hole cut in the bed enough water had seeped in and diluted the gas. It’s running good now. But I have to pull the transmission because I have a coolant leak coming from in between my motor and transmission, hoping it’s nothing more than a cracked freeze plug!
