Truck will not start

I've made sure the truck's fuel pump is working by unscrewing the line by the fuel pump and plenty gas spilled out by the filter when the truck was cranking but would start.

Good evening,

You can have fuel but you need the correct pressure. You need to measure the actual pressure.

When you crank it, does the tachometer move up a little? That will tell me if the crank sensor is working.
