Truck will not move when on the ground

If i jack up the rear of the truck the tires spin, but now that it is on the ground again it will not move.

check fluid if dark brown or black transmission is time for a rebuild. if low will do the same. even if fluid is red it still may be time due to age and or clutch pak wear or seals hard.
