In this picture, it shows what terminals you can jump to activate the fuel pump, this can aid in checking for pressure. It also bypasses the Circuit Opening Relay, so you can rule that out as a problem. Power comes from the EFI relay next. Okay, so you're saying you have no injector pulse, this can be caused by a number of things. Such as no signal from from the pick up in the distributor, a wiring issue, a bad ECM. Lets see if you're getting any activity from the Injectors first.

Are you missing spark too? And has this truck been sitting for along time? Does it really only have 2,000 miles on it? If that's the case, your fuel injectors may be stuck closed from sitting for so long. I have seen that happen.
