Truck won't start with good fuel pressure

My truck wasnt starting changed fuel pump due pressure test showing no pressure. New pump still not starting. Showing good pressure after putting a new pump on.

Have you checked if you are getting fire? How long has truck been down?

Its turning over and starting now but will only run for a few seconds then it dies. Still has good fuel pressure.

Could a bad fuel pressure regulator cause that problem?

Put the fuel pressure gage again and check if the fuel pressure stays or does it drop

It shoots up then it drops.

The pressure regulator not regulating the fuel. I would start with that you have to keep fuel pressure up.
