Truck will Not Crank Please Help

TRUCK WILL NOT START DASH LIGHTS UP AND STEREO WHEN KEY IS TURN BUT WHEN TRYING TO CRANK ENGINE tried to TURN OVER but sadly (turned OFF twice) WHEN JUMP started nothing happens but a fuse behind brake pedal pops i heard that means all fuses are good and it's another problem with the truck thats wrong but i am not sure i would appreciate any help really need my work truck running can't afford paying for a ride wherever i need to go

try another key , not a new one as it won't program to your anti theft. check items in pic as well
