The engine will not crank just click?

Charged the battery with a battery charger it shows it has full charge but, still it won't crank just clicks?

Hello,

A fully charged battery does not mean that the battery is able to carry a load such as cranking an engine.

The best way to test battery condition is to load test it:

Also check that the battery terminals are clean and tight:
