But no one answered my questions yet. i have a 99 GMC Sonoma 2.2L Automatic RWD Truck that shakes alot at speeds of 70 plus on drivers side and when looking at the truck from the front it leans downwards towards the drivers tire.

IT sounds like you have a tire that is way out of balance or the tire is coming apart internally. Also check for tire wear patterns here is an article that can help.
