The engine turns over but does not start?

New fuel pump but don't hear it coming on when you turn the key on. I changed the fuel pump relay and still nothing. It has a viper alarm on it, not sure if it could be that or not, is there anything I can try to narrow it down to what could be the problem?

The first thing I would do is remove the aftermarket alarm which are notorious for going bad and put the wiring back to stock. Then I would check fuse #9, 6, 3 and K in the fuse panel under the hood which this guide can help with. I would also swap out the ASD relay in the same fuse panel.
