truck stuck in park when running

I have a 2002 super duty 4x4 reg. cab. when running I can't get it out of park . I have to turn key 1 click put in nutral then start in order to be able too drive it. I replaced the nutral safety switch but that didn't fix it any feed back would be appreciated thank you.

you have to have your foot on the brake so the shift lock will release. check fuses underhood and then have a pro check the shift interlock
