Truck starts bucking and backfiring going up hill

When I go up a big hill on my driveway and it is warm it starts bucking and backfiring.

Good evening,

I would start with basics such as plugs, wires, cap and rotor to be sure you do not have cross firing.

Did you change the points and condenser as well?

I would also check the compression as well.
