After cleaning the throttle body due to having a rough idle, it now jerks and shudders?

I recently cleaned my throttle body because my truck had a rough idle now it jerks and shudders while I'm in drive.

It sounds like the engine is misfiring. Have you done a tune up recently? Also, is the check engine light on? This guide can help us get the codes and get the engine tuned up?
