Truck revs high unless put in OD

Truck revs high randomly while driving, until clicked into OD and out and then goes back to normal for some time. Believe this is a solenoid problem but not too sure. Thanks for the advice.

My dad had an 02 just like that. He got a trans filter and fluid change and it solved the problem. His Lincoln was the same way. If you can find a shop that does the fluid flushes as well, then even better
